About

I want the ball in the biggest moments. My fastball sits low-90s and I pair it with a slider I can throw for strikes in any count, but I take just as much pride in my glove up the middle. I train year-round, study hitters like it's a craft, and set the tone in every rep. I'm looking for a program that develops pitchers and competes for championships.

Recruiting Summary

Baseball has been the thing I organize my life around since I was seven, and pitching became mine the first time a coach handed me the ball in an elimination game and told me the inning was on me. I don't think about the mound as pressure — it's the one place where the preparation and the competing get to show up in the same moment. I sit low-90s with a fastball I can run to both sides of the plate, a slider I'll throw 2-0 or 3-2, and a changeup I've spent two offseasons making look like the heater out of my hand. What I'd want a coach to know is how I work when nobody is counting. I'm in the gym four mornings a week through the fall, I chart every bullpen, and I've kept a notebook on hitters since my sophomore year — what they chased, what they took, what beat me. My arm care and lifting program came out of my testing at Driveline, and I've added five miles an hour and eighteen pounds since sophomore season without missing a start. When I'm not on the mound I want to be at shortstop, because taking ground balls keeps me an athlete instead of only a pitcher. In the classroom I carry a 3.7 with a 1240 SAT and I plan to study kinesiology — the biomechanics of throwing is genuinely interesting to me, not a box I'm checking. I'm looking for a program that develops arms with a real plan, that expects to be playing in June, and where the staff will be straight with me about what I need to fix. Wherever I land, my teammates will know I compete for them every time I take the ball.
